Today's episode I sat down with Stephanie Cartin and Courtney Spritzer, the co-founders of Entreprenista, a global community designed to support and connect women founders.

They met 14 years ago through a mutual friend and quickly bonded over their shared love of social media.....back when it was still a pretty new space.

That early interest led them to launch Socialfly, a New York-based social media agency, which they scaled to seven figures and over $40 million in cumulative revenue....despite having no prior experience running an agency.

As more and more women started reaching out for advice, they launched the Entreprenista Podcast in 2018 (I was one of their first guests!!) and eventually expanded that into a full-blown entrepreneur ecosystem.

In 2021, they launched The Entreprenista League, which has since grown into a network of over 3,500 members.

Across the community, they’ve hosted 300+ events, spotlighted more than 2,500 women-founded companies, and helped facilitate over $1 million in funding through introductions and collaboration and today they will share how they took their side hustle to a full time career.
