Today’s guest is Amanda Litman, the co-founder of Run for Something—the largest candidate pipeline in politics. Under her leadership, Run for Something has identified over 200,000 young leaders who may want to participate in local government and has supported nearly 1,500 millennials and Gen Z officials across the country.

She's also the author of When We're in Charge: The Next Generation’s Guide to Leadership a practical guide for millennials and Gen Z leaders taking on positions of power.
