Under her leadership, Run for Something has identified over 200,000 young leaders who may want to participate in local government and has supported nearly 1,500 millennials and Gen Z officials across the country.

She's also the author of When We're in Charge: The Next Generation’s Guide to Leadership a practical guide for millennials and Gen Z leaders taking on positions of power.
